Designing a web site is not a huge task, unless you know the right tools to design them. Here are some of the best web design tools available right now in the market. Unfortunately almost all of them are paid.
1. ADOBE DREAMWEAVER
Adobe Dreamweaver is a web design and development application that provides a visual WYSIWYG editor (colloquially referred to as the Design view) and a code editor with standard features such as syntax highlighting, code completion, and code collapsing as well as more sophisticated features such as real-time syntax checking and code introspection for generating code hints to assist the user in writing code. The Design view facilitates rapid layout design and code generation as it allows users to create and manipulate the layout of HTML elements. Dreamweaver features an integrated browser for previewing developed webpages in the program’s own preview pane in addition to allowing content to be open in locally installed web browsers. It provides transfer and synchronization features, the ability to find and replace lines of text or code by search terms or regular expressions across the entire site, and a templating feature that allows single-source update of shared code and layout across entire sites without server-side includes or scripting. The behaviors panel also enables use of basic JavaScript without any coding knowledge, and integration with Adobe’s Spry Ajax framework offers access to dynamically-generated content and interfaces.
Dreamweaver can use third-party “Extensions” to extend core functionality of the application, which web developers can write (largely in HTML and JavaScript). Dreamweaver is supported by extension developers who make commercial and free extensions available.
Dreamweaver, like other HTML editors, edits files locally then uploads them to the remote web server using FTP, SFTP, or WebDAV. Dreamweaver CS4 now supports the Subversion (SVN) version control system.
2. ADOBE PHOTOSHOP
Adobe Photoshop is a raster graphics editor developed and published by Adobe Systems. Photoshop can edit and compose raster images in multiple layers and supports masks, alpha compositing and several color models including RGB, CMYK, Lab color space (with capital L), spot color and duotone. Photoshop has vast support for graphic file formats but also uses its own PSD and PSB file formats which support all the aforementioned features. In addition to raster graphics, it has limited abilities to edit or render text, vector graphics (especially through clipping path), 3D graphics and video. Photoshop’s featureset can be expanded by Photoshop plug-ins, programs developed and distributed independently of Photoshop that can run inside it and offer new or enhanced features.
3. SOUND FORGE
Sony Sound Forge (formerly known as Sonic Foundry Sound Forge) is a digital audio editing suite by Sony Creative Software which is aimed at the professional and semi-professional markets.

The headline feature in Illustrator CC 2014 is Live Shapes. This enables you to create and control the dimensions and radii of rectangles and rounded rectangles dynamically, either with on-art controls, or by entering precise numbers in the Transform panel.
For example, you can quickly transform a rectangle to a complex shape with a mix of rounded, inverted or chamfered corners, scale and rotate the object, and still have the ability to continuously modify the corners, or quickly return the object to its original rectangle shape in just a few clicks.
The Pen tool can be tricky to get to grips with, so in Illustrator CC 2014, Adobe’s added a handy new feature to make it easier: you can now preview your drawing before you commit to dropping a point. This should make it a lot easier to get your drawing right the first time rather than having to go back and tweak it later.
When you open a document that uses a font you don’t have installed, one click automatically searches for the font in Typekit and installs it on your machine, making it available to Illustrator CC 2014 as well as other applications on your computer.
With the June 2014 release, paid members who use Illustrator CC and Muse CC will get access to premium learning content from Adobe and some of the world’s best trainers. This learning content will be made available in the apps, and fresh tutorials will be introduced once a day.
5. ADOBE FLASH
Adobe Flash (formerly called Macromedia Flash and Shockwave Flash) is a multimedia and software platform used for creatingvector graphics, animation, games and rich Internet applications (RIAs) that can be viewed, played and executed in Adobe Flash Player. Flash is frequently used to add streamed video or audio players, advertisement and interactive multimedia content to web pages, although usage of Flash on websites is declining.
Flash manipulates vector and raster graphics to provide animation of text, drawings, and still images. It allows bidirectional streaming of audio and video, and it can capture user input via mouse, keyboard, microphone and camera. Flash applications and animations can be programmed using the object-oriented language called ActionScript. Adobe Flash Professional is the most popular authoring tool for creating the Flash content, which also allows automation via the JavaScript Flash language (JSFL). Adobe’s attempt to foster open source Flash development appears to have been abandoned.
